The 60 minutes session with Varin Gosein costs $595 for adults . You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance carrier if you have out-of-network mental health coverage.

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment but your card will only be charged after the session.

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or your card will be charged full amount.

1. Has a doctor ever diagnosed and/or provided treatment for a mental health condition?
2. If so, what was the diagnosis?
3. Have you had any thoughts of suicide or harming yourself in the past 6 months?
4. Do you have a history of sucide attempts? If so, when did these occur?
5. Have you been evaluated in a hospital CPEP (Psychiatric Emergency Room) in the past 6 months?
6. Have you been admitted into an intensive outpatient program or inpatient hospital for psychiatric symptoms in the past 6 months?
7. Are you currently seeking help with an addiction or do you have a history of addiction (drugs, alcohol, sex, and/or gambling)?
